Personally, I don't see how this is edgy.
A lot of the thing the persona is wearing are things I've seen friends of mine who are goth/scene wear. And while yes, scene is seen as an awful, edgy community, I personally enjoy the bright coloration and dark undertones of the scene look.
I own a pair of cat ears, a collar, and those same stockings. Does this mean I'm edgy as well?
By golly gosh, I guess I am 
The only thing that I see is a bit of an eyesore is the clashing of the coloration of the shoes and tank top.
The hair doesn't clash too much, considering there are red undertones with the whole outfit.
If you're gonna make an edgy persona, then imo, give it rainbow hair (and I'm not talking about like highlights and streaks of rainbow, I mean like an mspaint styled gradiant of rainbow) and many colors that clash with one another, not just one or two.
Because if you desaturated the tank top colors and made the shoes more of a red undertone, then really, this isn't edgy by any means.
