Managed to finish another one of these babies this morning!This is the redone version of this pic here - fav.me/d8r2jzg
And by gods, redone Otuu look so much better compared to the original. He turned out so pretty!
And like in the previous image, I included Otuu's namekian written name above his english written one.
And if anyone is wondering what is up with the rope and feathers around his horn, its basically trash that got stuck tightly wrapped around his horn and its too painful to try and remove. So he styles it in a way and has grown used to it.
I have yet to do more character development on this baby of mine, but if anyone has suggestions, just let me know. ^^

With the power of his extra fins, yea he could potentiall make waves. But he would definitely be fast, especially considering he uses his narwhale horn to hunt for fish, can't be slow for that lol
