Oh, after clicking installation button, have you tried going to Journals > New Journal Entry > clicking on the journal thumbnail? That's how I usually do it.

(If it's just the install button that doesn't work, refresh the page and click again. It should work - normally.)

oh that's weird... I've just used it again on my profile page. Take a look. Initially I see a blue background but then the picture and everything else loads. I'm not sure why it works on my computer but not yours I'm afraid...
