update december 3: I FIXED THE SPARKLES AND GAVE IT A MOVING BACKGROUND, the inconsistent sparkles never stopped haunting me and now i reposted it on insta i wanted to fix it here too

Wanted to practice another gif because i felt like really bad and didn't have the energy to work on owed art so I did this for myself :·D I had to minimize alot of details on bud's design and He looks soft and round... its uncanny... but i like the result nonetheless! it was fun to do :·D shoutout to lu (@/haIlflizard) for helping me pick the character for this! I actually wanted to make it a YCH but I wasn't sure if it'd look good so I just went ahead and used my character on it dfkjkdfjgjk
