OK, here is the Belt Insignia for Ezio!I didn't sculpt this, it was done by cosplaymandy in some type of wood, so once I recieved it, I make a mold of it, and cast it up in black resin.
I then painted it in a pewter coloured paint, and gave it a wash of black.
The gem is obviously not on it at the moment, I have cast 2 different gems, and I'm not sure on either of them yet, I may use one of them, or I may buy one and just deal with the fact it has holes through it (though you wouldn't be able to see them unless looking for them)

That is absolutely amazing!! have you ever thought of offering reproductions for sale? dependant on size I'd be prepared to order 2 for definate! one in a pewtery colour and one in in a more gold tone.

Instead of buying a gem that has holes in it, just go to ebay and search for a ruby or garnet cabochon (or "cab") in the loose gemstone section. There are many of them for very reasonable prices. Just specify the width in millimeters.

I found the commissioner via cosplay.com, and it was around about $100-150 I believe.
