Saw on youtube how a guy gets it from the ground, in a bucket, with the decantation technique ....

Hmm I dont know what is thisΒ decantation technique.
The color is not important, it have to be smooth and dont have stones and stuff inside.
I didn't study scuplting just start to sculpt. And with practice you see what I made.

Oh I see....well when u make a decantation, you poor water on it and then all the sticks leafs and other impurities float on the water (make this a few times) and for the rocks that wont float you just make the clay so fine that it will drip tghrou a strainerΒ and get you goodie stuff ^___^

Hey your work is fantastic! I want to make my own fiberglass mask but am running into a bit of a hickup. The mask i want to make has ears, sort of like a cat. I was wondering if you could give me any tips on how to attach the ears to the clay when sculpting and how to go about casting that in fiberglass without screwing up the ear part. Any tips will help greatly. Thanks!
