Kar Sevaks refers to those who offer services for free (that is, a volunteer) to a religious cause. It originates from the Sanskrit words kar (hand) and sevak (helper).A kar sewak may be working towards any theological denomination. After Operation Blue Star, Kar Sevaks helped in rebuilding the Harmandir Sahib, the holiest Sikh shrine.
Here a Karsevak, cleans up the lake surrounding the shrine of kites that fall into it!!!

ah .... i would love to volunteer for his job for a day or two

only the whites seem slightly burnt out .... some contrast masking in photoshop would definitely help
