an overdone comment at this point, but the balloons do add that element that seperates it from the rest, or at least makes it the best of its category

Hmm. I see too many balloon pictures now-a-days, but this one has a certain flair to it, I believe. :] The colours are lovely, and the composition is amazing as well... especialy with the powerlines. Nice job taking a spin on an over-done subject.

Thanks, i do agree, it is an overdone subject, but I try my best to make each of my photos a bit different. I changed the title now to "Often over-done subject" hah.

This is an oft-overdone subject, even in silhouette, but I'm charmed by the reflection of the tempestuous sky on the balloons -- and the inclusion of the powerlines is amazing. Very cryptic.

And I just realized that if you switch the letters in the title, "May Gale" becomes "Gay Male." Hah!
