Description
A common African civet was the idea here, but it seems to have taken a steroid that bloated its figure to a severe bulk and undergone a mutation that inflated its ears to twice their normal size. I'll be listing him on eBay pretty soon, at which time I'll link to his listing here for the curious. :>Edit: [link] Thur we go, big guy has been put for grabs. haha haven't found any books or tutorial resources for plush making yet, but a stuffed animal kit with instructions/patterns is the closest i can think of to that. but here's my response to candykornkita for advice on getting started. [link]

Don't be so hard on yourself! Plushies aren't supposed to be /absolutely/ perfect! Otherwise they'd all look the same and no one would think they were cute.

i'm sorry, what? it is a plush's JOB in life to be perfect, who wants to cuddle or display a jumble of fabrics unintelligibly thrown together? oh wait, forgot who i was talking to... (pshh jk xD)
nuh-no, he has a valid excuse for being imperfect being my like, third or fourth crack at it. once we reach fifteen and i still haven't got it, we'll know something's seriously wrong. ^_^
