This is a topic that gets brought up whenever there's this movie night and kinda want a grand story to watch in span of few nights...well make them three lol!

It's no stranger to films when there's a mega blockbuster, they try to continue it. Sometimes it gets multiple sequels and build up a big franchise, or sometimes for the best make it a complete story that spans only three films, with incredible structure and actors to accompany.
Not many these days follow this concept as Hollywood wants a series that lasts...well forever lol, and its a shame people can't accept an ending to certain movies.

Anyways here's my most beloved movie trilogies that I see myself coming back every once in a while, as they impacted me so much that their stories have stuck in my and its always a joy to revisit them!
I think most of them are self-explanatory, but I'd say Lord of the Rings is this mega epic story that kinda needs an annual watch of how perfect these movies are. And you got both Back to the Future and the original Star Wars trilogy which are timeless classics.
And of course, superhero movies. I've picked the ones that were pretty much of me growing up, with Spider-Man being the most I've followed.
