how do you use it? because if I go to it there comes a button called Ship'Em! but nothing happens it just shows me the names.

Well, when you click the button it gives you the names of two random ponies. Then, you can draw adoptables based off of the two random ponies and sell them. They're called shipping adopts or fanfoal adopts. Sorry, I'm kinda bad at explaining things xD and if you don't recognize the name of a pony you can just find it using google
