This is really pretty. 
My one complaint would be that there seems to excessive "negative space" on the right side. I know it's not really negative space, but the left side is cropped so well that there's more light going on there and not an excess of effects. There's sort of an empty patch up in the top right with the darkness and the blur effect. Sort of makes the photo manipulation too apparent whereas the left side appears more natural.
