A slightly cheerful picture. ^w^It's been snowing like crazy, and so I took this as inspiration.
So here's Edward Elric from FMA. (Which I DO NOT OWN, btw)

Where to start? I love how you used the greenish blue like color in the hair, It makes it look much more appealing to the eye. The skin tone on the face, and light highlights and shadows make it all seem to flow a bit more. The only thing that it a little clutter that I see is in the right lower corner the many dark lines make it a bit hard to see, but of course adding the color, like his golden hair, makes it better.I think the best part of this is the gerneral idea, I like how he has that playfull sorta look yet he's in the cold snow, I think it could easily inspire some one. It defiantly holds my attention.Keep up the good work, I'm sure alot of people expect great things like this from you.

This is a very cute concept and perfect for the season we are in right now.
The eyes could be larger so that they can fit the face and maybe some of the lines could have been cleaned up as well as the colouring should be in the lines.
I like how his breath is fogging up and the snow looks very good and realistic.
Also, the shading in the background is nice, showing that it's not just a black background with snow but that there is light making it look more like night.
I like it.
