Almost mistook this for a professional commission local town map created by local chamber of commerce, it certainly looks like one!
The best thing in town is tuning in to the late-night radio, where a local DJ takes callers of strange and wierd things going on...

This looks great! You've really done a fantastic job of capturing the aesthetic of a small-town tourist brochure perfectly.
Speaking as a graphic designer living in the US, there are a few design points I noticed here, where I think some slight modifications would likely lend it a bit more authenticity. The one that I would say is the most conspicuous to me is that American postal addresses are generally formatted a little differently than you have them here. The street number and name often take up the first line of the address. On the second line, the state name (or, more frequently, the state's two-letter postal abbreviation) goes after the name of the town, and then the 5-digit postal code goes at the end. In this case, since the game is set in Idaho, you would want to use the postal abbreviation "ID". So, for instance, the address for Moonlight Records would look like this:
79 Main Street
Belleview, ID 83525
The other thing I would note specifically concerns the radio station. In the US, the convention is always to use a period rather than a comma as the decimal in the frequency. Also, I've never seen the "MHz" used to describe frequency here-- it's sort of implied by the number itself. Usually, the more useful thing for a radio station is to specify whether it is using FM or AM to broadcast. Considering this is a local station, I would recommend rewriting the tagline as "The Wolf howls at 99.8 FM".
Other than those few nitpicks, however, I would say this absolutely looks realistic. The map is great, and the design elements are all very believable.

Thank you! The client is US resident, so I had assumed any such inconsistencies would be noticed (I didn't). Maybe he simply doesn't care.

Whoa, this is great! What's it for? Tales from the Loop? Meddling Kids? vs. Stranger Stuff? Some other strange kids and their dog game? Or more like a Twin Peaks kind of mystery game?

Some urban fantasy and horror mix, I guess.
