The Marauders in authentic 70's garb! Yes, I added Peter, don't hate me. Itβs not like I like him. Anyway here are Messers. Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs and Lily Evans. I'll give points if they can point out the hidden item in the picture!I'll give you a hint: it's something to do with lupin.

dingdingdingdingdingding! we have a winner! it's a copy of Hairy Snout, Human Heart (it's canon; look it up!)
it's mentioned in the books (i can't remember which one) as being an autobiographical account by an anonymous author in the 70's (about the time the maurauders were in school) about a wizard's struggles with lycanthropy. my theory is that jk secretly has lupin in mind as the anonymous author. it fits! why wouldn't lupin anonymously write about his experience as a werewolf; if i remember correctly, in the book it's mentioned that the book was widely well recieved...
so, yeah....i have too much time on my hands... ^^'

Thank you so much for drawing Peter!!!! I hate when people leave him out! It's so important to stick him in because THAT is the reason that it makes his betrayal so tragic. 
I actually like Peter, but I probably shouldn't admit that. . .now people are going to attack me, aren't they?

congratulations! you get a dozen boxes of fudge! i don't know; i'm strange that way. but, you are right; it's the book. you can't really tell in the picture (stupid pens and even more stupid scanners) but the book says "Hairy Snout, Human Heart." i picked this because there is a book within the canon universe by this title written by an anonymous author in the 1970's about his experience as a werewolf. lupin went to school in the 70's. coincedence? i think not. thank you for being one of the few people to notice this. enjoy your fudge!
