Having him look like Jack Nicholson's character from "The Shining" isn't necessarily a bad thing--Greyback would have the same energy, swagger, and aggression.
(Particularly if you wanted to a build a contrast with the quiet, self-loathing, rather spineless Lupin)
I liked the body language of the full image to the left. He's all like, "Yeah, I'm hard-core."

Very cool. I agree, its a bit like Nicholson from the Shining and Wolverine from X-Men mixed together. He looks amazingly cool though, very very good job. ^_^

I think it was because Jack Nicholson was once in a movie called "Wolf" and he looked a LOT like Greyback.
