Description Yaaaay, contest entry for

I hate clouds o-o They're evil. and I'm not sure how to shade sand probably and I was too lazy to go look for a ref. Plus I was kicked off the internet when I was coloring it.

UM

This popped in my head the moment I read that he lost his mother when he was very young.
I wasn't sure if he actually lived in a desert. I just saw a couple other entries with desert backgrounds so.. yeah. And, I wasn't sure how his mom died or what color she was or anything so she's just a gray stomach, shoulder and neck lD

Well, before I started art last school year I sucked at bgs xD I'm now glad he gave us all those trees and bushes to draw for homework. It really did help o-o And painting the landscape things really helped too. You should go outside and draw what you see. The more you do it the better you get. Trust me >8|

I love this mucho much! I have no clue about how his mom died/looked either, so that's alright! I just can't get over the fact that you made little thatch so cute, I seriously love the emotion you can see in this, he looks so shocked and afraid and sad. <3

I always imagined him living in a forest, but desert is fine too, it goes better with the picture too, being all alone in a deserted desert *giggle*

This is nicenice, Sanura. For a second there, I didn't know what the black part was but then I read the title and it all made sense. xD I love his/her emotion, it's perfect, very distraught. I'm afraid wit the desert background I'm Lion King though. Which makes me giggle.
