A bit of lore: This creature is commonly named by local villagers a Swamp Turtle.
Contrary to real turtle counterpart it's quite fast and agile animal.
It's mainly a herbivore but it won't miss a chance to dine on fish or animal carcas.
Swamp Turtle is calm and peacefull creature but can be dangerous when spooked due to it's size and weight.

This is very cute. You can really feel the turtle's nature and imagine how it would move

The tree textures look perfect, though I can't help but feel the way the turtle looks is a bit off. Perhaps it's the serpent-like neck he's got where the neck appears a bit thicker on the upper half than it's lower half. And also perhaps because the shell doesn't reach all the way around it's body and only covers his back, it's a bit hard to tell it's a turtle and not say some form of baby Brachiosaurus. But the textures on it's skin are quite nice and fleshy, and the water reflections have just the right reflectivity I think

Thank you for a critique I appreciate it a lot!
You are right about neck. I see it too. Fortunatley painting isn't sealed with varnish yet so I can fix it.
But I am going to defend overall looks of this creature. As it's said in description (I might expand it a bit) it's not an actual turtle. It's only called that by local villagers due to it's similarity to real turtle
Thanks again for a critique!
