Calamity! Hope I made him look good. He's a neat guy. I finally drew his hat on him, haha. And his battle saddle and gun. Never drawn a gun before, at least not seriously. Can you tell it's a weapon, at least?
Haha. Gave it some padding on the bit and around the neck for the kickback.Used a poster for a French language class at my college for the sunset reference. Wanted to use some different colors and the poster had a nice composition and color pairing. Made the sunset colors a bit darker than on the poster, and I swapped the yellow out for dark blue.
