Macman is my muse.
Somehow or another, we got around the the subject of Sasha chewing on Ratchet's ears, and of the fact that, if she chewed long enough, he might decide to take a nibble in return (if only to get her fangs off his ears 
). And then I got to thinking, nah, he's got a huge tongue; he'd be more likely to lick her instead. And so you get what you have here. 
Sasha's expression isn't exactly like I'd wanted (I'm not quite sure what you'd call this, but I was going for a happy/surprised combination - happy Ratchet's paying attention to her, but very surprised how he's doing it!
). The composition's not the greatest, either; I think I should've done a little more background. Ah well. Still a very silly pic.

D'AAAAAAAWW! SO CUTE! I had watched an entire playthrough of R&C Going Commando on YouTube and noticed how adorable Ratchet and Sasha talked with each other. And then when Sasha kissed Ratchet TWICE, I may add, I was immediately drawn. Apparently, I think this is the ONLY canon couple Insomiac has made so far. You did a wonderful job!

I've been thinking about what you said about the orienation, and I see what you mean. I think the image needs a little more depth. Like I said before, maybe a background, maybe some hills and a moon peeking over them, or something, would make the difference. Some scenery would add that little extra bit of depth it needs, but I don't think anything with the actual characters such as features or positions need to be changed at all.
-And YOU may not like Sasha's expression in this pic, and, while it may not be what you were going for, I think it's PERFECTLY appropriate! 
Oh, yeah... another thing: I really hate to do this in someone else's forum, but I've been waiting for over a week for someone to give me some constructive criticism on a drawing I posted because YES... I KNOW I REALLY need it, but I haven't gotten much. I've got one guy who's going to darken the lines for me, and someone else who told me Ratchet's body looks odd, but didn't bother to actually tell me what was wrong with it. I'm REALLY sorry for doing this: making you guys read all this crap and stating some totally irrelevant things in my previous posts,

I don't see why saying something's cute would be effeminate. Guy refer to their girlfriends/wives and children as cute, and no one's ever accused them of anything for it. Why should saying something furry and affectionate is cute be any different?

EHHHH! If there's one thing I love about fuzzy things - it's when they lick cheeks! XD; Strange as it sounds, it's such a sweet, fuzzy lil' way of showing affection. The expressions here are darling. <3 Most of all on Sasha - she looks like she's really enjoying that little lick. :3
