Description So, yeah, Sassy's best friend, Iarinha. Her mother is Iara, sorta the Brazilian version of The Little Mermaid, backwards. Iara was the strongest warrior in her tribe, and out of jealousy, her brothers planned to kill her. She discovered it, and not to die, she killed them instead. Her father, when found it out, punished her by throwing her in a river. That's when she became a mermaid.
