final final pic XDa big thank you to everyone who contributed suggestions and crits. i wish i could have put in more stuff, but deadline's coming and i still have the modelling sheet to do.
DemonLord Sarloth
He's the devious evil vizier kind of demon lord. His powers are necromantic; having a weak body, he assassinated the Fire Lord A'gognazh and wears his body as some sort of protective armor, as well as some physical attacking ability. and also to creep the other demon lords out.

First off, this is an impressive piece of work.The colors are incredible, and the entire picture speaks of epic demon power.
An improvement, however, would possibly be the demon in the center. I'm not sure exactly what Sandara was going for, but perhaps there should be more of a sense of posession. Perhaps ethereal hands could be gripping the side of the rib cage as if something was clawing itself out. Also, the purple glow in the center should perhaps extend a bit around the figure in an aura or glow...
Secondly, the actual possessed creature should look a bit more lifelessas if it was controlled be something else. The head should be a bit larger so we can notice it better, but I like the slacked neck as it it had lost control of it's own body. The eyes, however, should be sunken and lifeless except for a purple glow in them.
Lastly, and I don't know if this is necessary, but the severed organs at the bottom don't appeal to me. I think there should be legs. You can make them disgusting and bony, but the fact that this giant thing is floating looks kind of weird.

I strongly disagree with you except for the ''legs'' below is body. Everything else is as good as it gets except for the portal.

Well, there were some changes made... The hand on the ribs wasn't there before... As to the glow and the eyes, those were just suggestions, and something I thought would improve it. But you may be right. The purple glow around the body and in the eyes might take away focus from the stomach, so in that case, I half agree with you. Most people seem to think the critique wasn't fair... I was really only giving suggestions, and it really is a fabulous piece. (It's not as if I could do better)

Love it, very original in so many ways, love that he's fat with minions, the chains the glowing purple with the red the big cloak and metal and rock touches. The symbol on his head, just very well done.
