Author's notes: Developing a world that seems lived-in makes creative projects like this so much fun, but it's also a pretty major time sink to conceptualize it all then actually put it to medium. Personally, I think it's totally worth every minute and even the seemingly unimportant things can make an impression with enough care. But some things just call for shortcuts...
