That's a really good interpretation of Cthulhu. I'd be really interested to see what you do with a full-body rendering, because as it is, it's just a creepy squid.

Kinda reminded me of "The Crawler" from Fable 3... perhaps with a lot of Davy Jones ("Pirates of the Caribbean") thrown in for good measure.

Its funny I saw the Zoidberg reference further back. I once played a game session where one of the charachters was an Illithid with the personality of Zoidberg. Totally creepy...but fun

the game was cool, the thought was that the illithid ate someone's mind that gave him an original idea of his own which severed him from the hive-mind of the species. It was great fun.

Yeah it was a Forgotten Realms campaign set at the very beginning of the Dale reckoning calendar before the Mythal was in place in one of the capital cities (I forget the name just now)
