...The Little Engine watch as the Water Receded one Day;

A Little Further than Usual on most Most Evenings.

It Groaned, seeing that the Sky was Getting Dark.

A Storm was Approaching from the Sea...

...Only Moments Later, there was Rain.

Then Lightning far away.

The Rain grew Harder.

Little Rivers Trickled down the Beach...

...This was Nothing like what the Engine was Used to.

It's Beach was always Calm and Sunny.

'This must be a Sign.' The Little Engine thought;

While listening to the Rumbles of Thunder.

...Then, an Amazing thing happened.

A large Clump of Sand Fell away from the Engine.

It dissolved into the Sea. without a Trace.

Then more Moved away, Vanishing into the Water...

...The Engine grew Happy, and Moved a Wheel.

Oh, how it Felt to not be Stiff.

It wiggled around, Loosening more Wet Sand;

Revealing itself. from the Blanket of Time...

... The Storm grew Calm, and the Rain, Only a Trickle.

The Engine had Loosened from the Beach's Grasp.

But then, there was a Commotion, The Chatter of People.

'Oh Goodness! Help has Finally come!'...

...The Evening got Darker, but it was No Matter.

The Engine had been Dug Out, and Hauled away.

It was Put onto a Flatcar, and Met another, Bigger Engine.

'You're coming with me.' He Puffed. 'Your Resurrection is at Hand...
