He use 1000volt electricity as weapon and he he is nearly invulnerable because his body is also a 1000volt electric current. He can travel in a electric current form through various kind wire and electrical machine. Brute force is useless against him because his body is electron the attack will just go through his body. The attacker then will be punish with a 1000volt electricity. With high offensive power he is also a master of agility which made him a formidable foe. He can also break his body into an electric current either to dodge attack or even attack. Laser gun and magnet are super effective against Circuitbreaker. He can also separate Laser can deal high damage to both his mind and body. Magnet is also big weakness of Circuitbreaker because electron in his body will be attract to the positive charge of magnet leaving him paralyze
