I made this one for a reason, I am so sick of people when they ask me if I'm in school or whatever, and I say no then they stare at me like I'm crazy and what am I thinking. I have a VERY GOOD reason, I DON"T KNOW WHAT I WANT TO DO!!!!!!!!And I really can't afford it right now either.Plus college kinda sucks. I just wish people would understand!!!!!

Man my old highschool teacher's kept asking me (begging me for some) if I was going to college or not, after I graduated...uh no. I mean I'm working on becoming an author hopefully; so I wouldn't have time for college right? Just because you go to college, it doesn't mean you're better than everyon else. I hate when people ask me that too, sure I respond nicely 'No I'm not in college' but on the inside I'm like 'What buisness is it of your's?' ><

I didn't know either, but ya can still go to a CC to get all the 4 year college BACORE classes done.

Tell me about it! I'm going through the same thing. Adults don't take me seriously because I'm a high school graduate but not in college. And the stupid and sad thing is I WOULD be if the place I applied at would accept me in the first place. They sent me a letter of acceptance and later they told me I couldn't enroll because 'I wasn't ready for it'.
I guess the counselor just couldn't think of a nice way to say "I don't want you here"...

FINALLY. I hate it so bad when people (even on DA) go on about how much art school helped them, And then I get "why aren't you in it?" Sorry, I actually work in my life. And, for the record, iot seems only people who can afford to go to college go. It's not as much about working hard, going to college, and getting and good job, it's more of go to high school and if your mom and dad can afford it go to college, and get a good job.

Everytime people ask me if Im going or not and I say No, they act like I murdered someone.
I have my reasons, and they should treat me like someone who says yes. Because they too have their reasons. Im so sick of people thinking Im lesser and dumb for the answer "no"

I know how you feel. At first I was so hyped up about going to college for a certain major...but then I didn't feel like going because I realize that it may not be for me and I felt so rushed with everything.
I just want to stick my head inside a hole and never come out until I feel really, really ready going to college.
