Inspired by a particular scene in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (if you've played, it should be obvious). In spite of the numerous mistakes I came across when CGing, I had great fun drawing this. Two of my favourite characters, Tibarn and Sothe.Related content

One of my favorite parts...drawn so well. Tibarn should watch where he's putting his hands though, too close to privates, and that's awkward. Sothe obviously agrees with that statement, either that or that expression is more of an "OMG I almost went splat on the bottom of the canyon" thing. Or both XD

*shrugs* I guess if you look closely, Tibarn does have kind of an annoyed expression. Sothe looks more accurate to the situation. If I almost fell to my doom and got rescued, my face would look the same way.

and maybe next ime they could sectly tell them whats happening and all pretend like they're fighting so like ppl play dead and stuff... nothing like a bit of proping to annoy the senate eh?
Also in the game I though of many different situations they could of done as well.. but meh thats me

The feet on Tibarn seem a bit off. They should be dangling more, rather than looking like he is standing on a solid surface.

I just played the game on a weekend with a friend. Because I don't have a Wii. u_u And nor Gamecube. So no Fire Emblem for me. But I love the story so much und aw~!
I really love Janaff and Tibarn. X3 You can draw Tibarn really~ great.
This scene was the last I saw on weekend. XD~ Powerplaying... 15 or 16 hours just with two hours stopping...

This is such an underappreciated scene, so I have to thank you for doing some fanart of it.
It looks really nice. I enjoy Tibarn's expression, and the depth that you show in skin (like Sothe's abs and Tibarn's throat and collar) is awesome.

I do believe i could if i try! hey, how far are you in the game? I've beaten easy and normal mode, and I always use Nephenee, since she's a freaking beast. so's Haar... he's a literal Beast. heh, look at me ramble! wanna do a Note to talk about Radiant Dawn? or... not?

To tell the truth....I've just read the Path of Radiance script, and watched online all the story cutscenes from Radiant Dawn ^_^;;- I really don't like the style of gameplay the FE series uses, so I'd not play it, but I like the story and artwork. Still, find me Neph and I'll try and draw her!

I really love the detailing you give to things like the clothing. It makes the picture feel a lot more real. Love the wings, too. I want to pet them.

The Fire Emblem artwork is insanely detailed! It makes you cry just trying to remember all the buckles, motifs, belts and such. I don't think I could ever do any of the characters from memory XD.

It /is/ insanely detailed. I noticed that when I was looking at some box art the other day. Either with reference or from memory it doesn't matter--you still do an awesome job.
