Wasteland was the original game that Fallout was based off, since they didn't had the rights for making wasteland 2, they created Fallout, now many years later with bethesda having the rights to Fallout, Brian Fargo went back with wasteland and they are making a new one, Wasteland 2, and that will be awesome, personally I think Bethesda killed all the magic in Fallout, my fav is still Fallout 2, and cannot wait to play W2.
