Tolle Zeichnung, gefΓ€llt mir sehr, auch wegen des Themas. Gerade vor einer halben Stunde habe ich eine Zeichnung aus 1974 zum gleichen Thema hier hochgeladen, welch ein Zufall!

Translation.....Great drawing, likes me very much, also because of the subject. Just half an hour ago I have a drawing from 1974 on the same subject here hochgeladen, what a chance!

Dank!

Agree, I am thinking about adding background, the original image the soldier was wading through a river, hence the difference between shirt and trousers detail. I tried to get some emotion and your comments confirm I may have got this right.......thanks

No problem and yeah a background would be a nice touch to it~ maybe a battlefield while he's thinking about what he's fighting for? Just a suggestion I see a lot of determination and passion to win the war. This artwork actually touches me a lot, so thank you as well

Great detail on the clothes! I love how you shaded this, the wrinkles make everything about the pic look so real~ like he might pop out ^_^
