Who else is excited for the (prospective) sequel?
I haven't drawn these two in years...at least, I haven't drawn them and posted the finished work in years. It was fun to work on

I know it isn't mentioned by name in the fundraiser, but they do show Psychonauts concept art so that's at least something! I know it's for a point and click adventure game, but with how amazingly this fundraiser is turning out it gives us more hope that the games we actually want may be made in the future - funded by the fans and not by corporations.

lol the Fundraiser is still going. Double Fine will be posting updates as they work on it, so we'll get to watch it develop as we anticipate its release

That was primarily because they couldn't get any publisher to back the project. With this Kickstarter fundraiser, they no longer need the publishers to sign off - they have over $2 million raised (currently). They have more than enough money to fund and create the project.

Yeah, I do. I want Psychonauts 2 as well, but I feel more akin to what you're feeling with the prospect of Sly Cooper 4. It's been seven years. It's in a new developer's hands, and while gameplay has been released there's still no confirmed release date. I want it so bad and I want even more for it to actually be good! Please don't fail me Optimism (And, kindly leave me alone Pessimism and Realism. I don't want your colour commentary right now DX )
