First off I want to say that you did an excellent job on this drawing! overview is really nice and the way baymax is behind hiro is also very cute and creative.
Also I love the amount of detail to the pants, jacket, and shirt! very well done.
Something that could be fixed is baymax could be lowered, I can tell you really tried to crunch him in by making his proportions up top smaller, next time lightly sketch or imagine the placement before putting down hard lines. (that's just me analyzing it.... its not very noticeable so don't worry)
Baymax's arms are a little off, they are much too short (check out a ref photo, he has oddly long arms) and the fingers appear to be a bit too chubby.
And something to consider is maybe make more dynamic poses! it would have been very cute of baymax had his arms around hiro.
