Description I drew this a few months ago, and posted it on Naruto Forums through Image Shack...but then something died, and gave me an excuse to put it up here.

This was actually a class assignment. My drawing teacher assigned us to do a "master copy." I had the coolest drawing teacher ever, who counts anime as a master work. I picked this picture because I loved it. And I got done with Ichigo and realized that it would be impossible to copy the entire image on one page, so I just picked Renji to go with it.

I know that their shoulders are a little wide, but I don't really care. That and I didn't notice until after I inked it, so it was a little impossible to fix it.

The color parts are done in Prismacolors, and their clothes are the labor of several hours of layers of black Prismacolor marker.

Like I said, I was copying the picture and things got a little skewed. By the time I noticed some things it was too late because I was already into the inking.

Also, in the original his shoulders are a little hunched.

Thank you very much, but it's actually not an original drawing. I copied it from one of Kubo's things. The only thing I took deliberate liberties on was Ichigo's belt, because I couldn't read what was on it.

Well, it's mostly just my drawing teacher. He like Hikaru no Go a lot, and sees the potential of anime as an artform. Much to my advantage. Ah, the joys of crazy art colleges. I highly suggest finding one of your own. Or maybe mine, if you feel like living in Lancaster, PA for four years.

Sweet deal, and thanks. I love to draw from Bleach, and it's had a pretty profound effect on my own manga style. Not as much as Sailor Moon or CLAMP, but Kubo has managed to worm his way in there in short time that Bleach has been a part of the mess that is my manga collection.

I did! And I also heard that it is allegedly to be broadcast on Adult Swim this fall. We shall see, my friend, we shall see. I was pretty excited about it, because no matter how good or bad the dub is, it will still be dubbed, and will still have awesome effect of introducing a bazillion more people to Bleach.
