it is NOT intended to be near, even though the coloring is shared.
i just thought i would make him look cloudy, and so i guess this is what a cloudy guy would look like.

this was a technique practice, so i used the following settings and a watercolor technique (i layer)
[coloring done in adobe photoshop cs3 with size 19 brush set for pen pressure with tablet]
