yea!! another one finish nyo!! xDDDDthis took me for quite some time since i coLoured this when i feel like it.. xD coz i was always working on three other pics~ well, I hope this one meet to your expectations ya neo-chan? x3 your line art ish sho nice!! thanks for letting me colour it~!! maybe can put in the.. ya ya? xDD
well, the background is the best part coz i got no other idea!!! >w< the moon is the beautiful part that i had fun doing it!! hope i didn't overdo it.. i like the lighting for the moon light sensation!! xDD whatever that means..
so, actually i have a better nicer version of what i wan to do with the water and all.. but this is all i can go up to.. ;___; I hope i didn't ruin it or anything.. xDD but well! i kinda like how it turns out anyway~~ please comment on what i can improve more ya? ^^

I think this is one of your best... I love the swirling of the clothes, it gives off a dream-like atmosphere while emphasizing the water element of the picture. (the transition between the pattern of her clothes to water is nicely done). I like her expression too; she looks so carefree, accepting and serene (I don't know how to explain it but it feels like she's interacting with the nature). I don't think the background is overdone. I actually think it's quite simple which does not take the focus away from the character.
