I don't remember the chapter numbers or total context since it's been 3 or 4 years since I last watched/read SNK, but it was when the titan in the inner city's wall was discovered. In the anime, a bunch of character placement and development was essentially moved around and tossed out and a lot of events occurred completely different to the manga counterparts. This was particularly about how Mikasa held Eren when he woke up in the anime instead of Armin holding him in the manga.
