I...haven't drawn a duo picture in a while. I also have not drawn Hetalia/Touhou together in a while either... This is new.The idea came from this. [link]
I just didn't believe one bit of it. Yeah yeah, same hair color same crazy eyes. Not the same color scheme...Rumia eats people... Romania would've died if Rumia ate him. Since Romania is not a Vampire(his country is just full of them) and Vampires suck blood. And does not eat people.
Romania seems more to be a genderbent version of Flandre. If not her older brother if she had one that looked like her. Plus he has 4 color schemes and Flandre has a spell called "4 of a kind" ahah...
Edit:
Flandre's trying to squeeze the mochi by the way. Mochis are about synonymous to yukkuris (talking to you Touhou fans)
Art wise... I wanted to draw some more shading for Romania..
Edit 2: I forgot to fix their hair outline colors...
Romania belongs to Himaruya Hidekaz and is in Hetalia.
Flandre Scarlet belongs to ZUN and is in Touhou EoSD

I always thought so as well. Remilia sounds more Latin/Romantic than Dutch (like Flandre).
Flandre reminds me more of Romania anyhow.
