Wow, I'm getting pretty bad at this once a week upload.Anyhow, this is a commission for the awesome . It's his character Ulkor Jadd, a bounty hunter. As my gallery exhibits, I've never done sci-fi armor type things (asides from a very sad attempt years ago here fav.me/d2vji7t ), so this was quite an undertaking for me! I think it came out far better than I hoped, and I actually had a lot of fun. It was strangely soothing to not have to worry about the different facets of skin, and just focus on geometry. I hope you enjoy!

Hey ataraxi, great job on this! I think it looks pretty cool considering you haven't done this sort of thing much :] The visor is probably my favourite part. I also like how you focused the light on the head to bring our attention there.
Maybe a tip for the future would be not to forget how reflective this kind of material is, so it usually helps to reflect a bit of the environment or surrounding objects! Of course that depends on how shiny/unshiny/coloured it is.
