You have a pretty good grip on color and line, but the perspective and anatomy is waay off. Her breasts are too high/big, her legs and butt are too small, her arms too long and thin, her torso too long, and the waist far too skinny. If you're going to be stylistic, at least greatly reduce the size of her boobs. I do enjoy your color scheme and the face though. The expression is cute and fitting. The texture in the background also fits, especially with the colors chosen. All in all, good start, but there's much you need to improve upon.
