As soon as the test began they all went in four different directions from Kakashi. 'Good, he can't see us, if I can get to the others and form an ambush we can get the-' Jack started thinking to himself when he was cut off from his thoughts. "Come here and fight me!" challenged Naruto to Kakashi, out load, where everybody can see him. 'Bells. Okay so much for that plan, guess I better sneak over while he's distracted and save Naruto.' Jack thought to himself. During the brief time they were fighting Jack managed to get within five meters of them and was hiding in a bush. Kakashi had blocked and dodged Naruto's strikes and had gotten behind him with a hand seal, all while reading a strange book. 'Ooh this is going to hurt.' Thought Jack. "Hidden leaf ancient technique: a 1000 years of pain!" Yelled Kakashi as he delivered a extremely powerful to to Naruto's @$$, causing him to jump right into the nearby lake. Jack narrowed his eyes and thought 'He tries that on me, and he is getting that book shoved down his throat.'

Just then he saw Naruto walking over to pick up a bell off of the ground. "wait he dropped a bell? NARUTO STOP! IT'S A TRAP!" shouted Jack to Naruto, only to be too late and have him fall in the trap anyways, suspended in from a tree branch. Kakashi then walked over to grab the bell.

"I don't think so sucker!" Hollered Jack as he made a mad dash to Kakashi. He swerved to face Jack, but when Jack was five feet from him he jumped with all his might and went over Kakashi's head and went straight for the tree. He kick jumped up to the branch that held Naruto and with his left fist outstretched smashed it allowing Naruto to drop down, then used his left hand to swing back down. Unfortunately as soon as Naruto hit the ground he fell into the exact same trap. "Dang it!" shouted Jack annoyed. "Not bad, but I hope you can take some damage!" stated Kakahi. "The hell do you mean by"- Jack started asking before Kakashi Back flipped away from a dozen of Sasuke's weapons, allowing them to instead get Jack in his arms and left leg. "AAAH! Sasuke you freaking Screw-up! I'd call you a pain in the butt, except you didn't even hit it. If you do ever catch that guy of yours the only person in trouble is the guy beside him you stupid-AAH MY BUTT" Shouted Jack as another of Sasuke's blade hit him.

'God darn you Sasuke, now I can't keep Kakashi away from the bell.' thought Jack to himself. "So you going to give me the bell, or do I have to take it from you?" Asked Kakashi in a smug voice. "SAKURA!" Yelled Jack as loud as he could. Meanwhile with Sakura. "What was that? Was that Jack?" Sakura wondered out loud. "PLEASE SAKURA COME, WE NEED YOUR HELP." called Jack's voice. "Should I go help them? But what if Sasuke-" "SAKURA!!!!" finally she started sprinting to the direction Jack's voice was coming from. Back with Jack. "Calling for help, not a bad idea, but I doubt the two of you will do much." said Kakashi. "Darn you." replied Jack as he pulled out a couple knives and tried clenching a fist. Kakashi took one step forward, then a Kunai flew overhead and cut Naruto free, causing him to fall on his face. Kakashi, Naruto and Jack all looked up to see Sakura running toward them. "Guess that makes three, huh Kakashi?" Jack remarked as smug as he could, while starting to curl his tail around his body.

Jack took a couple steps back giving Kakashi a clear line to the bell. As he stooped down to pick it up he said "Nice to see you know when your-" but before he could finish Jack whipped his tail around and smacked Kakashi in the head sending him flying. Jack then kicked the bell to Naruto. He caught it, and started to cheer, but then stopped himself and passed it to Sakura instead. "Naruto, why did you give it to me?" inquired a confused Sakura. "You are way more important to me than lunch, even if I skipped breakfast." Naruto blurted out without thinking. Sakura couldn't help but smile at this. "Hey where's Kakashi" asked Naruto "Probably fighting Sasuke I'd wager, you two go I'll just sit here and try not to bleed out" replied Jack as he slumped down with his back against a tree, after pulling a blade from his butt. As Naruto and Sakura were on their way. "By the way Naruto, what happened to him?" Inquired Sakura. "Sasuke tried to do that to Kakashi but missed and got Jack, he freaked out at Sasuke, and he threw another one into his butt" explained Naruto, upsetting Sakura with the fact that Sasuke would do that.

Eventually time ran out, and they failed to get the last bell. Since Naruto did the worst he was tied to the stump without lunch. "I have to say that was interesting. I also have to say I have determined which of you has the best chance of becoming a great shinobi." Stated Kakashi. At this the four Everyone, even Jack perked up at this, all wondering who it was. "That person is.... Jack!" "Wait what?" said Naruto and Sakura in unison, "Wait what?" Said Sasuke in annoyance. "Wait What?" asked Jack incredibly confused. "But Sensei, he isn't even a ninja." stated Sakura. "True but he understood the lesson the best. He understood the value of teamwork. Naruto you just charged in without any back up. Sakura you went to help Sasuke who was far instead of Naruto who was close, but you did come back when he and Jack was in trouble. Sasuke you ditched everyone because you thought they would just get in the way." explained Kakashi. "Screw you Sasuke" yelled Jack, who had been bandaged up.

Kakashi told them not to let Naruto have anything to eat at all then left. As soon as she thought he was out of earshot Sakura gave Naruto a portion of her lunch. "But Sakura won't you get in trouble?" asked Naruto. "I don't care, I can't just leave you to starve." she responded. At this Sasuke also gave Naruto some food. "Here, you'll just get in my way otherwise." "Wow even when you do something nice your still a jerk" stated Jack as he passed Naruto some food. At this Kakashi appeared in front of them completely surprising them. "Congratulations you all pass." "Huh?" asked Jack. "Everyone who took this test before all did what they were told and let they're teammate starve. They say ninja who don't follow orders are trash. I say people who abandon teammates are worse than trash.

As Naruto and Sakura were cheering Jack stood up. "So that means the test is done?" asked Jack. "Yes" answered Kakashi. "You sure?" asked Jack "Yes" said Kakashi. "You absolutely positively sure?" "Yes I am absolutely positively su-" started Kakashi before getting cut off by Jack's fist hitting him in the face sending him head first into a tree knocking him unconscious. "Yep it's over." Jack said happily as he walked away while Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura went to help him.

Later at the hospital Kakashi had woken up with bandages all over his head. "Ow my head." said Kakashi rubbing it. "Sheesh what happened to you?" inquired Anju as she walked over too him. "I was giving an test to my students, I'm their jounin" answered Kakashi. "Really they gave you that hard of a time?" Inquired Anju. "Actually I got sucker punched after the test." replied Kakashi. "Jack?" asked Anju flatly. "Jack" repeated Kakashi. "That kid is going to keep me busy" Anju said to herself as she rubbed her eyes and went to get fresh bandages for Kakashi.
