Well, Taresu is a separate character with his own body so no. However, a "scouter Goku"/"Ginyu-Goku" would make an appropriate addition to the full Goku sheet, and maybe a Ginyu in Kame-gi from that little fantasy of what life would be like if Goku couldn't get his body back.

I don't want to get into a fight. When I was younger I was curious about the similarity in appearence between Goku and Turles and found an article that said, as you have, Turles represents Goku if he were evil, but the appearence similarity is because the hair style is supposed to be common among saiyans of that level or something (this was a long time ago).

I am choosing to not put Turles in as I recognise him as a separate character with his own body. Which is different to Babi-Vegeta who is literally Vegeta's body inhabited by a parasitic lifeform. So while Vetea isn't in control it is his body.
