The weather has been having mood swings lately... o_0 It rains one day, and then it's blistering hot after!Ever since I posted that "Style Overhall?" pic, I've never actually tried that style on my recent pics! ...until now! Lo and behold, Style v2.1! xD
Anyways, I was experimenting with environmental effects here (rain, clouds, fog, light, etc.) and I think this picture sets the mood well! This is also the first time I've actually drawn Latias crying without making her look fugly. >_<;

You're probably finding it hard to see her pupils behind the glow because she doesn't have any.
