So many people are visual learners, you've provided a perfect example of what your tutorial aims to teach but you still had some fun with your artistic licence. You refused to be limited even by your own teaching. You have taught now, by example, that even the most skilled instruction still needs the human element to make it work! From the lens flare to the contrail. From the clouds to the azure of the sky. The detail shown here (and encouraged by your tutorial via this example) has me seriously tempted to zoom in on the craft leaving the condensation trails. I half suspect I'd find the pilot waving to the audience! That germ of FUN that is almost fundamental to "Art". That wondrous evocation of emotion from pigments on a canvas (or in this case pixels on a screen). Excellent!
The ONLY reason why your originality suffers AT ALL is because how EASY it would be to see this and miss-categorize it as a photograph. I mean that as HIGH compliment. There are few masters of photorealism and none that I know of in the realm of aerial art.
You art is a blessing to all that witness it.
