Jellia Jamb, the first in my new Chibi Oz series.

In the Oz books by L. Frank Baum and others, Jellia is the first person to befriend Dorothy in the Emerald City on her first visit.

She later "helped" translate Scarecrow and Jack Pumpkinhead's first conversation. She is a naughty girl!
There is but one language in Oz!

Jellia serves Princess Ozma as her lady-in-waiting, and has a room nearby since the two girls are close friends.

later, Jellia ended up as the temporary Queen of the Stratosphere before escaping a deranged king and getting home to Oz.

She appears in many Oz books, but so far the only major appearance the poor dear has had was Ozoplaning with the Wizard of Oz.

Judging from illustrations, I'd judge Jellia to be between 15-17 years old, but since no one in Oz gets old, does it matter?

However, since her character is over 100 years old, she's in the public domain!
