Wow, this is quite the change from how you normally are. But hey, change, even if temporary, is sometimes good and it's good to see you trying out new things from time to time. Gives you a larger range of things to draw and create. ^.=.^ Variety is the spice of life, after all.
Love the coloring, pose, shading and lighting effects, and the fact that you make it so well for a first-time attempt.
