Actually, it's because I'm a bit lazy about coloring. I lined the manga like in the anime (1 px, very easy and fast) and take a screenshot from the anime for the background. I like doing some tests about the colors of the characters.
You should try, anyone can do it!!

C'est rapide à liner en 1px. Et ça ressemble plus à l'anime, j'avais encore jamais essayé! Je vais continuer. Il y a longtemps que je n'ai pas vu une de tes colos
