I know its not very good but i tried my best and thats what counts right? <
Plus it took forever to due espeicaly the backround. If you look closly youll see constolations. Like.... Usagi(Neo-queen sarenity) A few smilys and the Letters N G S on it. The only reson their glowing is when i was doing the back round i made a mistake but hey it makes it look cooler.
