COMMENTARY/COMPLAINTS:
Huh, I had nothing pre-written for this? This is one among a few unfinished works that's been sitting in my bin for possibly 1-2 years. I took another hour on it to shade and finalized it.

Shading is okay for the most part, and I took care not to leave too many burns. The color bleeds are still there from the initial base coloring which I did a long ago. I do like the soothing combination of pencil and color here.

I never do much with my own OCs. Rather saddening, and yet I'm not sure why I decided to finish this NOW instead of back in December when it was much more fitting. Pff, I forgot the slight red hue in her hair. First shot was prettier. CX

mentioned how Melody could be singing the underwater theme, and I recalled listening to a serene vocal version of it a long time ago, hence the link. Thx Fefy!

Drawing: I cry about the hands and Peach. (Fixed now, kinda) It's very bad, ha~.)
