edit: Umm, for you people that watch me, if this deviation pops up in your message box again, you can just delete it. I just found out recently that there's already a "Vagrant Blue" on the intarweb, so I can't call my storyline for Saicuaph "Vagrant Blue". So at least for now, the storyline will be untitled. All I did was delete the logo from the pic, so yeah...sorry if it popped up again. DA should really allow an option to not have edited pictures show up again in ppl's message centers.

Once again, I am changing around Saicuaph's character design. Lol, you guys are probably getting sick of it at this point.

I didn't bother to shade it, since it's a reference sheet.

Anyways, in terms of physical appearance, I've only made a few small changes that are probably not noticable to most. However, I got rid of his human form, so now he does not have an anthro form nor a human form. He only has a dragon form. And so people aren't confused, that isn't an anthro form in the bottom right hand corner, he's only disguising himself as a anthro. Also, if you're wondering about the pic on the top right hand corner, that's what he looks like in his "frenzy" mode (I talk about it further down). As per usual, you don't have to read the following information unless you need to know more about Saicuaph, otherwise you'd probably get bored out of your mind reading it. ^^

Strengths: His scales are nearly indestructable, giving him an extremely high defense. This defense is only multiplied by psychic ability through his psychic barrier technique. The exact extent of these psychic abilities is currently unknown, and therefore his psychic abilities make him an extremely dangerous opponent. Because of this, he should be eliminated as soon as possible.

Weaknesses: While his scales provide a high defense, he lacks these scales on his underside and result in a weak spot. It is known that if he releases too much psychic energy, he goes into a crazed frenzy that makes him extremely unpredictable and dangerous. However, at this point, he seems to lose conscious control of what he is doing and he exhausts all his energy at once, making him extremely vulnerable and tired afterwards. Often, he will pass out at this point. Because he is so dependent on his psychic ability, he has not exercised his physical strength often, and therefore is physically weak when compared to other dragons.

Background: There are psychics, and there are dragons, but Saicuaph is the first, and so far, only known natural psychic dragon in existence. The combination of these two things makes the exact extent of Saicuaph's abilities unknown, which is why he must be eliminated immediately. Normally, dragons do not carry the psychic gene, however, experiments carried out in Project Chimera led to the creation of an artificial psychic dragon that would eventually give birth to Saicuaph. In these experiments, scientists attempted to create superpowerful creatures through genetic manipulation. Red705, the artificial psychic dragon, was only one of the results of these experiments. Because of the potential threat that these experiments posed, HESOU has managed to shut down Project Chimera about a hundred years ago. However, even before the project was shut down, several of the experiments had already managed to escape, including Red705, who was dubbed as Vagrant Red as a result. Because all known scientists who were connected with Project Chimera were killed, it is unknown just how many and when these experiments escaped. Several years ago, Vagrant Red was finally silenced by one of our veteran sniper units, Lycaeon and his team. However, by this time, rumor had already spread of another psychic dragon roaming around the area whom we have dubbed Vagrant Blue, who supposedly was the offspring of Red705 and another dragon in the area. If this information is true, then it means that HESOU, more than ever, must eliminate all experiments of Project Chimera as quickly as possible because these experiments are capable of producing offspring, and they must not be given time to reproduce. About a year ago, Lycaeon and his team came in contact with Vagrant Blue, who called himself Saicuaph, however, Lycaeon was unsuccessful in silencing the target. If he is found, Saicuaph must be eliminated immediately.

Misc: In today's times, dragons, though they still exist, are rare and have almost reached extinction. As a result, Saicuaph should be relatively easy to locate. However, several witnesses say that he is currently disguising himself as an anthro lizard adorning a blue and white cloak. If this is true, then we must be even more vigilent when trying to locate the target. The target is currently in hiding, his objectives are currently unknown.
