Umm...yeah, it was originally more "mistier" but you couldn't see the details, so I had to change it. And yes, I can't do fur for my life.

Anyways, I dunno how many of you bother to read my storyline with Saicuaph, but for those who do, this is Lycaeon, a veteran sniper of the HESOU organization and the one who eliminated Saicuaph's mother. I don't know anything about guns, so after I made up the sniper rifle in his hand, I asked ~DestroyedDreams666 to spec it for me (he's super knowledgable about that type of stuff, if you ever need to know about a certain gun, he's the man to ask). So all the info about the gun was thanks to him, not me.

As always, the following information isn't really necessary to read unless you want to know more about the storyline. For those of you who do, Vincent Oroscoe is ~DestroyedDreams666 's character.

Abilities: His eyes were genetically enhanced to greatly increase depth perception and spatial clairvoyance. This allows him to become deadly accurate with weapons.

Strengths: Lycaeon specializes in weapon combat, specifically distanced weapons. His HESOU custom rifle, combined with his enhanced eyes make him a deadly sniper. As a result, he specializes in covert assasinations. He is also effective in closed ranged and hand to hand combat. His reaction speed is extemely high, though he makes up for it through average physical speed.

Weakness: Aside from his eyes, his has no special abilites. He strength, defense, and speed, though above standard human averages, is still generally average.

Background: Lycaeon was created through HESOU's R&D department. He was genetically enhanced during his embryonic stages through techniques spawned in Project Chimera and is currently being used as a weapon of HESOU. Lycaeon became the ultimate assasination weapon, and he never failed a mission, with the exception of the elimination of Vagrant Blue. Though Lycaeon was successful in terminating Vagrant Red, the parent of Vagrant Blue, Vagrant Blue proved to be too elusive for even the covert assasination expert.

Misc: Lycaeon has come to grow a rebellious attitude. He is beginning to question things and to disobey orders. Currently, he is a great asset to HESOU, but if this problem persists, he may have to be eliminated. His current objectives are the elimination of Vagrant Blue.
